US domestic shipments may ship via US Postal Priority Mail or UPS Ground.  International shipments are typically shipped via DHL Air, UPS or USPS.  If you have a shipping address that differs between US Postal and other commercial carriers, please let us know.  If you use a PO Box for your shipping address, we can only ship via USPS to you.

Free shipping applies only to orders of $99 and up to $1,500 to the United States and includes only the contiguous lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii have higher rates. On orders to the US of $1,500 or more, insurance is required.  Insurance rates vary based on total value and will show at checkout.  All free shipping only includes carrier insurance up to $100.  Insurance is available as an option at checkout on orders under $1,000 for an additional charge.  If you prefer your delivery to require a signature so that your package is not left unattended, please select that as a shipping option when you place your order.  The signature option is bundled with insurance for an additional fee.

On orders to Canada, shipping costs start at $49.95 for orders under $1,000 in value.  On orders of $1,000 or more, insurance is required.  Insurance rates vary based on total value and will show at checkout.  Insurance is available as an option at checkout on orders under $1,000 for an additional charge.  Orders to Canada are shipped via USPS or DHL depending on location.  Typically, if you are in a large city, orders are shipped via DHL.  If you are in a more remote location, or the items are large and bulky, only USPS is a viable shipping carrier.

All non-US shipments are sold tax free and any foreign duties or taxes due on a shipment are the responsibility of the buyer. If a foreign shipment is refused, or payment of receiving country's duties and taxes is refused causing the shipment to be abandoned in the receiving country, no refunds will be given.  In most cases, shipments can not be recalled or sent back to us after arrival in your country.  By ordering goods from this website, you the buyer hereby authorize the shipping company to act as your agent, and to transact business with your country's government to clear your merchandise and collect for applicable duties and taxes.

Fragile or valuable items should be shipped with insurance for protection of any damage or loss during shipment.  Purchased insurance applies to any loss or damage during transit.  We can not provide any insurance of shipments once the shipper has delivered the package.  On any shipments without insurance, the buyer bears any and all responsibility for any damage or loss during shipment.  

Air shipment cutoffs for domestic and international shipments are 2pm mountain time.  Any order placed after this time will likely ship out the following business day.  Business days for shipping carriers is Monday through Friday.  If you place an air shipment (1-day or 2-day) after 2pm mountain time on a Friday, it will not ship until the following Monday.

Firearm shipping:  Firearms made in 1899 and later ship to an FFL dealer near the buyer for transfer.  All government mandated background checks will be done at the transfer dealer.  Antique firearms made in 1898 or earlier are not classified as firearms and can be shipped directly the buyer.  All buyers of firearms must be at least 18 years of age or more depending on the buyer's state laws.  We can not ship firearms outside the United States.  Antique (pre-1898) firearms can be shipped outside the US but buyer is responsible for any importation requirements in their country.
