Francotte 45 Gold Eagle Sideplated Boxlock Ejector, 12 bore, original 2 3/4" chambers, single selective trigger, pistol grip, splinter fore end, 28" barrels choked .003 skeet1 and .006 skeet1, 7 lbs. 8 oz., 13 3/4" LOP from single trigger to horn butt plate, 1 3/4" DAC, 2 3/4" DAH, 1/8" cast off. Very strong action with sideclips, hidden crossbolt, and dolls-head extension. Very nice pre-war VL&D import. This was Francotte's highest grade gun at the time with beautiful game scene engraving and wood. Gun has been gone over recently with a new rejoint so it's as tight as when it was new. A hint of case color remaining.
