Winchester 21 Grade 5, 28 bore, 2 3/4" chambers, 28" barrels choked IC and Mod, 7 lbs. 10 oz, 14 1/4" LOP original checkered butt, 1 1/2" DAC, 2 1/2" DAH, neutral cast, straight grip, ejectors, single selective gold plated trigger, slim Hession style beavertail fore end, barrel rib marked "Custom Built by Winchester", serial number W2828x, made in 1962 for Abercrombie & Fitch, mat rib, Bradley red front bead, exhibition American walnut with B carving, vacant gold oval, non-automatic safety, rounded frame, all internal metal serfaces engine turned bright, grade 5 engraving. As new, unfired all original factory gun, no handling marks, we have original factory order stating all features above with hand written and dated mfg. steps. Gun was ordered 1/23/62, started on 2/5/62, and finished 5/10/62. Beautiful, perfect, and rare. Purchased several years ago from Edward Ulrich. Comes with factory order, photo of custom shop workers and Ulrich's notes on who did each piece of work on the gun, and other documents. Also has a reproduction leather trunk case with a Winchester label.
