Patent Oct. 65, 2752" and " W&C Scott & Son Patent Action", vacant gold oval, top lever, rebounding locks, action engraved borders and scroll with a pointer's head on left and a setter's head on the right side, early bar action top lever hammer circa 1878. Excellent restored condition retaining near 100% barrel brown, case colors, wood refinish, and recut checkering.
