Payne Highland (as new), 7 1/2 ft., 2/2, 5 wt, made by the later Payne company, bright nickel silver sliding band over wood spacer, dark green wraps with end tipping in red, bright ferrules and guides, this rod remains in as new condition having been handled but not fished, original bag and tube.
