Thomas and Thomas Midge, 7 ft, 2/2, 4 wt, 3.3 oz., oxidized nickel silver slide band over wood spacer, translucent tan silk wraps tipped in brown, hookkeeper, an early 3000 serial number, impregnated. The Midge was designed for demanding dry fly fishing where accuracy of presentation is essential on both longer and shorter casts. It is capable of pinpoint delivery, high line speed, and producing good loop formation even on short casts. With the swelled butt, it is characteristically crisp, yet smooth and refined. Aside from very slight blue wear, the rod is as it should be: tight, straight, and without issues. It shows very little use. Comes with original bag and tube.
