Thomas and Thomas Midge Individualist, 7 ft, 2/2, 4 wt, nickel silver slide band over cork spacer, translucent tan silk wraps tipped in black, hookkeeper, a mid to late 1970's rod from the Dorsey, Maxwell, and Codella period, varnished. The Midge was designed for demanding dry fly fishing where accuracy of presentation is essential on both longer and shorter casts. It is capable of pinpoint delivery, high line speed, and producing good loop formation even on short casts. With the swelled butt, it is characteristically crisp, yet smooth and refined. Aside from blue wear, the rod is as it should be: tight, straight, and without issues. Comes with original bag and tube.
