Jim Payne Model 103H, 8 ft., 2/2, 4 5/8 oz., 7 wt, blued slide band reel seat over cedar spacer, brown wraps tipped in gold, blued ferrules, a heavier weight than the catalogued 103 and should throw one line weight heavier than a typical 103, circle hook keeper, standard Payne trademark stamped into reel seat along with "Sold by Abercrombie & Fitch", one tip looks to be an old replacement as the wraps are a different length and the tip has glue lines showing. Otherwise, the rod is in excellent condition. Comes in original labeled Payne tube. Also comes with the original Abercrombie invoice when it was purchased as a used rod in 1971.
