Saracione, Joe - Salmon Disc Drag Reel, New, 3.75" Wide, RHW convertible to LHW, This reel was made by Joe Saracione and is still new in the box. It was just found at the Bellinger shop during the move to their new location. It is stainless steel with delrin sideplates, oil-impregnated cork-caliper and disc drag system coupled with a preset gear and pawl overrunning check. Bogdan style drag lever on rear plate. Has a 1 1/2" pillar width with a 1 1/8" inside spool width. Capacity is a DT 10 and 150 yards of 30# backing. Joe retired last year and one of these still new in the box is very difficult to find. With reel bag and box. Marked on foot "Saracione" and serial number "004".
