Leonard Dry Fly Salmon, 12.7 oz., 4.25" diameter across the pillars, 3 7/8" across the rims, 1 1/8" width. Made by H.L. Leonard, Central Valley, NY, lightweight aluminum frame and spool, black hard rubber recessed sideplates, nickel silver handle, foot, and pillars, raised pillar design, counter-balanced handle with black hard rubber knob, 5 position adjustable drag on back consisting of a knurled disc with sliding oil cap on top, maker's mark is very faint on the front with the patent number being still visible on front plate, rear plated marked "Heavy" , "Light" for drag settings. A classic American reel with a great drag. Excellent, usable condition.
