TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Form of Payment: Cash, Check, Money Orders, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express are gladly accepted for most items. For consigned items only, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express require an additional 3% fee.

Lay-A-Way: We offer up to 60 days lay-a-way with terms of one third down and one third payment at 30 days with the balance due in 60 days. No cash refunds on lay-a-way items. Cancellations will be credited to your account. Sales are final on lay-a-way items and the 3-day inspection period does not apply. In some cases, we are unable to offer lay-a-way on consigned items.

Inspection and Returns: We offer a 3-day inspection upon receipt of merchandise. We must be notified by telephone within 3 days of receipt of merchandise if buyer wishes to return merchandise for a refund. All items must be returned in the same unaltered condition. Refunds will be promptly made less original shipping amount. Buyer is responsible for shipping and insuring merchandise back to M.W. Reynolds.

Shipping: We ship most items via insured UPS ground service. Other services may available by request. Shipping and insurance costs are added to the price of the purchased merchandise. We reserve the right to delay shipment of items purchased with non-certified funds until funds clear.

Consignments: Our consignment fee is based on the selling price of each item.

Over $50,000.......10% Fee
Between $4,000 and $50,000......15% Fee ($5,000 maximum)
Between $2,000 and $4,000........20% Fee ($600 maximum)
Between $1,000 and $2,000........25% Fee ($400 maximum)

We do not accept any consignments valued at less than $1,000 or any firearms valued less than $2,000. Our commission rate is negotiable only on collections over $50,000 in value. Consignment period is a minimum of 90 days.

Notice: All items are sold "as is". There are no warranties of fitness or merchantability, express or implied, which extend beyond the description contained in the face thereof. This agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
