Introducing the first and only round action boxlock made in Spain. We wanted to create and offer a boxlock in the true sense of a "British best". AYA designed this new round action starting from their No. 4 design that in it's self based on the famed Anson & Deeley boxlock design made famous at Westley Richards. Each action is of course scaled in size for each gauge.

Each gun is engraved entirely by hand with a best and 100% coverage foliate and scroll pattern. It is a very bold pattern that shows beautiful depth and was specially designed for this gun by AYA Master Engraver Juan Luis Guenaga.

The action employees the Purdey double underbite locking system with a replaceable hinge pin. Disc set strikers are standard along with an automatic safety and double triggers (a single

trigger option is available). Available in Old Silver or Case Hardened finish.

A best gun should also have best wood so we are offering this gun with highly figured Special Grade wood as standard. We are hand picking and supplying every blank ourselves to ensure every gun is to our standard and to allow you, if you choose to custom order a gun, pick your wood. All of our wood blanks are either English or Circassian walnut, dry, and with a visible layout done by us

for you to see just what the stock will look like when finished. A limited number of Exhibition Grade blanks are also available as an option.

Other standard features include: 28" chopper lump barrels with a concave game rib (other barrel lengths available as option), straight grip, splinter forend (other grip and forend styles available as option), extra hand oil stock finish, initial oval in stock, choice of fixed

chokes, and 15" length of pull. Available in 12, 16, 20, 28, and 410 bores.

All other normal AYA options such as: custom stock dimensions, left hand stock, different grip and forend configurations, and extra parts are available.
